On March 15, a promotion activity about International Day for Protecting Consumers' Rights themed with “responsibility brings integrity, quality guarantees consumption” was held in Beijing. It was sponsored by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), and undertook by China’s quality inspection newspapers and periodicals. Attended the meeting are state leaders including AQSIQ deputy director and deputy secretary of Party Committee Mei Kebao, the third party media and supervisory agencies such as CCTV's Weekly Quality Report, China Association for Consumer Products Quality and Safety Promotion. As requested business representatives, Far East Cable Co., Ltd. and more than 50 leading enterprises from various sectors nationwide including Haier, Lenovo, and Jingdong jointly participated in the activity, and Responsibility and Integrity Pledge was signed on site. The investor Jiang Songwei, a senior marketing director and vice general manager from Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. 　　In the Government Work Report on March 5 this year, “quality era” has left a deep impression on us. In the report, Premier Li Keqiang mentioned several times that enterprises should ensure that their products enter the era of high quality, raise the consumption of high-quality products, and guide enterprises to increase the variety and quality of products and nurture domestic brands.

　　“We should foster Chinese brands that are popular even among foreign consumers, and give full to our ‘brand name’. On March 14, during the special press conference firstly themed with “quality upgrading” at National People's Congress news center, AQSIQ minister Zhi Shuping responded to hot issues including the quality-upgrading of products. He stressed that we should relentlessly strive to crack down on the counterfeiting, as well as grasp quality renovation and targeted governance.

　　To achieve national economic transformation, quality has been a core and crucial factor, which undoubtedly sets higher demands on the quality of products. 　　VI. We will deal with consumer complaints in time, and conscientiously fulfill legal obligations such as quality assurance and defect product recall. We will and always have a sense of mission and duty.
