  On March 19, Happy Enterprise (Shanghai) Forum, jointly organized by International Happiness Association, China Women’s Development Foundation and a few of famous intuitions and media such as CCTV, IFENG.com and Tencent, was held in Shanghai. Representatives of happy enterprises, well-known scholars and experts got together to share their secrets about the construction of happy enterprise, including Zhou Dongjiao, Chief Human Resources Officer of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Executive Headmaster of Far East University, Xu Jing’an, General Advisor of International Happiness Association and Chairman of China Happiness Research Institute, Lin Hong, contemporary director of TV plays about Qing Dynasty, Lu Tiancheng, Secretary-general of International Happiness Association, Gu Meijun, General Manager of Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co. Ltd., Jin Xiangqun, President of China Happiness Education Institute and former Director of Happy Enterprise Center of Peking University and Wang Chunlai, Curator of Shanghai Filial Piety Culture Museum and one of China Top Ten Filial Persons.

  

  Zhou Dongjiao makes a speech themed by “Happy Enterprises Originating from Heart”

  As the representative of happy enterprise, Zhou Dongjiao delivered a speech themed by “Happy Enterprises Originating from Heart” and interpreted the happiness code of workers. She introduced the development ideas, strategic direction and management initiatives of Far East Group, analyzed the enterprise’s culture of “Harmony and Flexibility” and interpreted that how an enterprise maintained competitiveness through coping with shifting events by sticking to a fundamental principle in the complicated and fast changing context. She said that we could address “new economy” with “heart economy”. In an organization, the unchanged was to “control human nature, manage public feeling and motivate human resources”. She also shared key secrets to become an excellent manager in the era of “heart economy”, i.e. we should cultivate ourselves, build a heart-to-heart relationship with others and be of one heart with the organization.

  She addressed that the organization management would be always improved, optimized and enhanced. In addition, internal and external cultivation was important. Ways depended on ideas; status relied on positioning; results were determined by layout; and state was laid on psychology. The organization should enhance vocational happiness of employees, increase psychological capital, improve management efficiency and create excellent quality and performance through motivational desire and energy supplement. She broke away from conventional enterprise management and opened a new way to elaborate the concept of “heart management” from the perspective of psychology, providing a new idea for transformation and development of enterprise and enlightening entrepreneurs and start-up runners. She won warm applause.

  At the forum, Xu Jing’an, as Man of Reform in China, advocated and called for happiness. The spiritual mentor Jahnava TKG guided participants to call the soul, find true self and realize true happiness. Ms. Gu Meijun from the benchmarking happy enterprise Good-Ark made a wonderful speech of “sage education creating happy enterprise”. Zhou Dongjiao shared the practice of the happy enterprise and happy employees of Far East Holding Group. Xiang Jinqun introduced cases of Chinese businessmen about happiness education in the building system of happy enterprises.
