Smarter Energy Obtains the Authorization Concerning Eight Invention Patents from SIPO

  Recently, eight invention patents of Far East Cable Co., Ltd., New Far East Cable Co., Ltd. and Far East Composite Technology Co., Ltd., wholly-owned subsidiaries of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (stock name “Smarter Energy” and stock code “600869”), have successfully passed the examination  of the State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C. and obtained relevant authorization, manifesting another satisfactory achievement Smarter Energy made in the protection for innovation and proprietary intellectual property rights.

    The eight invention patents include: “Composite Core High Elongation Heat-resistant Aluminum Alloy Conductor for Smart Energy and Manufacturing Method”, “A Smart Energy EMU High-voltage Flexible Cable with LSZH and Production Process”, “A Smart Energy EMU Standard Wall Cable and Production Process”, A Wind Power Generation Cable and Production Process”, “A Irradiation Machine for Smart Energy Cable and Method of Irradiation”, “A Super-flexible Twisted-type Carbon Fiber Composite Core for Smart Energy and Manufacturing Method” and “Device for Testing Current-carrying Capacity of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Core Aerial Insulated Cable and Test Method”.

    It is learned that Far East adopts its independently researched and developed fiber-reinforced resin based composite core rod and high elongation (2.7%) heat-resistant aluminum alloy conductor twisting structure and manufacturing method in terms of “Composite Core High Elongation Heat-resistant Aluminum Alloy Conductor for Smart Energy and Manufacturing Method” invention. By this, such kind of aluminum alloy conductor features high tensile strengthen, large current capacity, relatively large surface hardness, high strength under high temperature and good heat-resistant quality, will uneasy to be worn when laying, thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of line operation.

    For the invention of “A Smart Energy EMU High-voltage Flexible Cable with LSZH and Production Process”, low smoke non-halogen flame-retardant environmental protection characteristic of cable is further improved compared with the existing technology. The industrialization of IPR innovation achievement has been realized at present. Developed products this time are provided with such characteristics as excellent electrical performance, flexibility, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and good light transmittance, which have been widely used in the power distribution system of high-speed railway and received good market response.

    Being in possession of National Corporation Technical Center, Key Laboratory, Academician Workstation, Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation and other innovative platforms, Smarter Energy has taken numerous national S&T projects.
